These terms apply when you place a pre-order or an order with Roth through this website.

Pre-orders

A pre-order is a request to buy, not a completed purchase. No payment is taken when you place it. We'll contact you to confirm availability, the delivery charge and payment before we dispatch. Either of us can cancel a pre-order before it's confirmed.

Prices

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. The delivery charge is shown separately before you confirm. We may change prices, but a change won't affect an order we've already confirmed.

Product information

We try to show every colourway accurately, but colours can look different from screen to screen. Product specifications are listed on each product page once confirmed.

Delivery and returns

Delivery and returns are covered on our Shipping & returns page.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UAE law. Where the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
